PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

1. TRANSACTIONAL UNITS

All settlements within the Diametor app are processed using Units. These units represent the monetary value committed by the User to Diametor. By purchasing units, you expressly authorize Diametor to use these as "Spark Liquidity" within the automated clearing cycles.

2. THE "LOCKED" STATE (NO REFUNDS)

Once a user initiates a "Handshake" and the counterparty accepts, or once a user commits units to a Tenure Cycle (3, 6, 9, or 12 months), the transaction enters a "Locked" state.

  • Irrevocability: Because the AI immediately plugs these units into multi-party clearing circles, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations are permitted once a cycle has been initiated.
  • Mutually Agreed Disputes: Similar to Vendbout, refunds are only entertained if both the Debtor and Creditor involved in a handshake mutually agree in writing to void the transaction before the AI completes the cycle.
3. MEMBERSHIP & UPGRADES
  • Upgradations: Users may upgrade their membership tier (e.g., from Scout to Originator) at any time. The new verification process will be initiated instantly.
  • Subscription Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for the cancellation of premium subscriptions, deletion of accounts, or non-usage of the platform.
4. PROCESSING TIMES (LIQUIDITY OUTFLOW)

Selling or withdrawing units from the Diametor is subject to a manual audit to prevent "Wash-Trading."

  • Verification Audit: Every withdrawal undergoes an internal audit to ensure the units were earned through legitimate settlement cycles.
  • Credit Timeline: Once approved, funds may take 7 to 15 business days to reflect in the User's bank account, depending on the country, currency, and banking partner.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (THE UNIT CAP)

Diametor is not liable for any loss caused during the buying or selling of units initiated by the User.

CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE: If a dispute arises under the Indian Court of Law, the liability of Diametor, its partners, stakeholders, or parent company is strictly limited to the actual amount of units purchased for the current disputed cycle. Under no circumstances shall the liability exceed this amount. Not a single penny more shall be claimable for indirect losses, mental agony, or opportunity costs.

6. UNSUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION

If a user's account fails the mandatory KYC or internal audit for "Diametor" integrity, the account may be suspended. No refunds will be issued for units held in an account that has violated the ExistGence movement’s code of conduct or participated in fraudulent debt entries.
